Abstract: City's financial attraction to refers to the attraction of city when banks are going on regional breakthrough.The evaluation system includes indicators and research methods.Indicator system can be researched multi-dimensionally,which is divided into the core index system,the basic index system and expanded index system.Research methodology is divided into three parts,which are indicator-treating method,indicators' weight-giving method and comprehensive evaluation methods.In this study,threshold treatment method and modified delphi method are used.On this basis,a comprehensive evaluation model can be built,in order to measure the degree of city extension,or to provide the necessary information for banks to make short and long term development plan.In addition,the comparison can be horizontal and vertical compared to serve more comprehensive decision-making information.
