Abstract: The basic of the humanity-oriented development view is to make people wealth.To make people wealth involves in economic growth and distribution as well.The humanity-oriented development view doesn't deny the income difference,but demands the justice and equity.The key to solving income difference is to implement the justice rights,with the special concern for basic needs of the poor.As the first resource,human resource should be modernized in quality,such as body,cultural,and moral quality.Turning to the humanity-oriented development view,consumption ability is emphasized,and economic growth is pulled by consumption rather than investment.
