Abstract: Marxism economics is fundamental differences from West economics to market economy theory that is as institution hierarchy or as price mechanism of equilibrium.On the basis to form different model of economic transformation, China's "dual-themes and pattern of stage change" of transformation model has been successful;but Russia's "shock therapy" transformation model is a complete failure.The institution hierarchy of market economy is not only able to explain the nature of the smooth development of China's economy transformation,but also provides a theoretical basis for a correct order of the reform priorities.Along with the continuous deepening of economy transformation,from the perspective of institution hierarchy of market economic will be able to better grasp the orderly of the economy system of China's priority reform options and transformation countermeasure.
