摘要： 随着经济制度的转型,日本企业下包制度结构也发生了明显变化,下包率持续下降,阶层结构由“金字塔形”向“纺锤形”转变,一、二级供应商的自主性增强,交易关系的网络化趋势日趋显著,同时长期的持续的交易习惯得到了保持。在下包制度的转型过程中,企业间关系的开放化与紧密化、产品联盟与知识联盟双向选择的现象并存。

Abstract: The adjustment and transformation of sub-contracting system of Japanese businesses with the transformation of economical system,there have been obvious changes in the Japan's sub-contracting system.The structure changes from pyramid to spindle.The first and second supplier has become more independent and the trade relationship has increasingly turned into a network.And meanwhile,the long-term trading customs have been preserved.In the transformation of sub-contracting system,the openness and closeness of enterprise relations and the choice of product-based corporation alliance and knowledge-based corporation alliance coexist.
