Abstract: While the current economic situation presents a good trend of growth,the next macroeconomic trend still is uncertain,and the coexist of two economic trends- uptrend and downtrend- reflects that inflation press and deflation effect will yet exist in future,so it is a critical timing of macro- control.Focusing on the four main expectation goals of macro- control,the "steady" is the priority of the macroeconomic policy,and the fine- tuning efforts will be made at proper degree and in proper timing.To promote the economy to increase in a steady and relatively fast mode,the steady financial and monetary policies should be adopted,the cooperation of all kinds of macroeconomic policies should be strengthened,and the lever effects of price,taxation and exchange rate etc should be exerted.
