Abstract:  In the view of local knowledge spillover, this paper illustrated the transition mechanism of local knowledge spillover among the cluster, established spatial autoregression models using the large sample questionnaire survey data of Zhejiang to make empirical research on the influence and effect of local knowledge spillover on the cluster enterprises growth and innovation development from the micro level of cluster inside enterprisesThe results showed as followsDirect cooperation, employees exchange between enterprises and ability of absorbing had significant positive effect on the enterprises growth and innovation developmentEnterprises derivation had significant negative effect on the enterprises growth and innovation developmentInformal exchange between enterprises had insignificant effect on the enterprises growth and innovation developmentUtilizing efficiency of government public platform had significant effect on the enterprises growth, but insignificant effect on the innovation developmentBasing on the empirical results, this paper provided policy advises about industrial cluster upgrading route on the background of transition
