Abstract: China's economic development attracted worldwide attention.But it is difficult to facilitate long-term economic development based on the existing economic development pattern in China.Transforming the domestic and foreign economic developing patterns became a profound revolution in China.It is necessary to establish and carry out country's strategies to speed up the transform of China's foreign economic developing pattern,including the echelon development strategy of foreign goods trade with a core of super comparative advantage,the flying wild geese development strategy of foreign services trade based on the change of comparative advantage,the multiple orientations development strategy of foreign direct investment with the emphasis of super ownership advantage,the qualitative development strategy to introduce overseas direct investment with the emphasis of structure adjustment,the development strategy of foreign finance with the central task to change RMB as international money,and the establishment of macro-system of prudent financial supervision with the objective of risk precautions.These development strategies will speed up the transform of China's foreign economic developing pattern and promote China's economic development.
