摘要/Abstract

摘要： 我国经济增长面临结构转型和产业升级的挑战,需要多渠道获得先进和适用技术,其中技术进口是后发国家提高技术水平并实现赶超的重要方式。因此,在"后危机时代",我国必须加强技术进口,尽快制定进口战略,完善进口体系。本文从我国技术进口的现状出发,分析了存在的问题,并借鉴国外的经验,提出了我国技术进口的"十项对策"。

Abstract: Chinese economic growth is facing structure transfer and industry upgrade,it must obtain advanced technology from different kinds of channel,in which technology import is an important mode.In the post-crisis times,China must increase technology import and consummate import strategy and system.The paper firstly analyzed China's technology import situation and problems,and then proposed "ten countermeasures" of China's technology import according to abroad experience.
