摘要: 整合了的一体化组织理论框架包括:组织内部由社会、技术、经济侧面组成的结构层面、制度层面、意义层面3个层面;技术环境、制度环境对组织的制约及其应对;组织内、外相互作用意义上的目标整合、协调机制及基于目标的组织管理。新的组织定义是,两个以上个人组成的,经有目的协调而应对内外技术性、经济性、社会性要求,具备特定结构和功能的职能性、社会性存在。

Abstract: A synthesized framework of integrated organization theory includes: a structural layer which is composed of societal,technological,and economic aspects;the restraints on organizations imposed by technological environment and institutional environment,and relevant strategies;the coordinating mechanism for objectives based on the interaction between inside and outside of organizations,and organizational management based on objectives.An organization should be defined as a functional and social existence with certain structures and functions,which is composed of at least two individuals and is suitable to meet technological,economic,and social demands.
