摘要: 组织文化、资源相互协调与配合、产品开发组织架构等组织因素是新产品开发绩效的关键因素。海尔洗衣机产品的开发,创建了面向市场的组织文化与资源共享的平台,在新产品开发团队中,推行模块经理与型号经理相结合的新产品开发组织架构,较好地兼顾了产品开发中的市场、技术、成本三个维度,提高了新产品开发绩效,创建了高绩效的新产品创新模式。

Abstract: Organizational cultures,coordination of resources,and organizational infrastructures are key factors of developing new products.The development of Haier washing machine constructs a platform where the organizational culture and resources can be shared together.In the team of NPD,the organizational infrastructure which combines type managers and modal mangers gives considerations to three latitudes,i.e.,market,technology,and cost.This pattern enhances the performance of NPD,and provides great preference to Chinese companies for refining their future NPD.
