摘要: 心智模式决定着企业家多元化经营战略的价值观、假设式信念和结构化知识框架,从而对多元化经营战略具有决定性影响。理论模型表明,企业家心智模式的主要影响因素包括人口统计因素、个性特征因素和环境因素,在此基础上形成的异质性心智模式对企业家多元化战略决策的心理过程(包括信息接受和主动搜寻、企业家对现状的解释以及企业家对多元化经营的态度)产生相应的影响,进而决定企业家是否选择多元化经营以及选择何种多元化类型。

Abstract: Enterprisers' mental models determined their values,hypothetical constructs and structured knowledge framework of diversification strategy.So,mental models had determining influence on diversification strategy-making.The theoretical model indicated that the main influencing factors of enterprisers' mental models included population statistics,individual feature and environmental factors.Then the heterogeneous mental models formed from this,would influence the processes of information receiving and active searching,interpretation of real events and enterprisers' attitudes towards diversification,and then influenced whether enterprisers would chose diversification or not and the type of diversification they would choose.
