摘要/Abstract

摘要： 城乡居民的收入差距水平是农村劳动力向城市转移的根本原因,当今大量农民工进城务工的现象,既能提高农民家庭的收入,又能加速城市化的进程,使得农村和城市均得到良性发展。而要实现农村劳动力向城市的合理流动,必须提供为农村剩余劳动力转移的制度保障。

关键词: 农村劳动力转移, 二元经济结构, 配套改革

Abstract: It is a rising question that how to promote agricultural population move to cities and towns in the process of industrialization.We analyzed migration effect on promoting China's economic development and of increasing peasant incomes since reform and opening up,and then related factors were used to explain the influence to the migration of village-labors.At last,we proposes some countermeasures,which include breaking down the system barriers of urban-rural discrepancy,establishing and improving social security system,developing skill training to improve their professional quality.
