Abstract: Basing on excess money-issuing,which results from national financing,shows Chinese finance is non-security,with the sources of financial support for economic reform,financial reform,and globalization.In order to ensure the financial security,we should adhere to general development strategy,maintain the long-run net wealth accumulation,and stabilize the market confidence.
