摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从马克思劳动价值理论出发,通过经济学视角来研究知识产权商品的属性及其使用价值和价值的表现特征,可以为知识产权商品交易的合理定价提供科学的理论依据。当前国际知识产权保护出现了新的动向,如何应对少数发达国家对国际知识产权的垄断局面,促进我国发展自主知识产权,提高企业核心竞争力,是一个值得研究的课题。

Abstract: Based on the Marxist value theory of labor,from the economic view,this paper works on the commodity nature of property rights of knowledge and the characteristics of value and using value,in order to find the reasonable prices of property rights of knowledge.In addition,by analyzing the new trend of international protecting the property rights of knowledge,in order to respond the monopolies,improve the development of autonomous property rights of knowledge,increase the core competitive abilities,some policies are provided.
