摘要/Abstract

摘要： 北京、上海、天津三个直辖市非公有制企业科技人员的社会保险,在养老、医疗、失业三大险种的参保水平上存在显著差异,养老保险的覆盖面最广,医疗保险次之,失业保险覆盖面最窄。同时,影响非公有制企业科技人员是否参保的因素在三个直辖市也有很大差异,劳动合同、本地户籍和收入水平是影响非公有制企业科技人员是否参保的主要因素。

Abstract: Significant differences are seen in participation scales of social insurance by technical persons of non-state-owned enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai, with biggest scale of pension insurance, smaller of medical, and smallest of unemployment. Meanwhile, great differences are also seen in the affecting factors in the three cities, and among the important ones are labor contracts, local registered residence, and income level.
