摘要: 迈克尔·波特提出了总成本领先、差异化和目标集聚的基本竞争战略模型,即企业只有追求总差异化竞争战略才能在市场竞争中取胜。但在追求总差异化竞争战略的同时,无差异化往往通过“可模仿陷阱”使企业坠入泥潭。以博弈论作为分析方法,通过证明企业在追求总差异化的过程中“可模仿陷阱”的必然存在,可以建立起新基本竞争战略模型。

Abstract: In 1980, based on overall cost leadership, differentiation, and focus, Porter put forward the ba-sic competitive strategy model that only the firms pursuing overall differentiation can win. Based on game theo-ry, this paper will establish a "new basic competitive strategy model" that non-differentiation would make firmslost by the "imitability trap" while their pursuing the overall differentiation competitive strategy.
