摘要/Abstract

摘要： 20世纪90年代中期以来,信息通信技术迅速发展,极大地改变了传统经济的发展轨迹。1995—1999年美国经济的复苏超过了最乐观的预期,^[1]经历了长达118个月的低通胀、低失业率的高速经济增长。
