摘要: 跨国公司在中国市场的成功不仅需要依靠原有的优势,而且必须针对中国市场的特点创建新的优势。当地化在一定程度上改变了跨国公司原有的商业模式,并对竞争优势作出了新的解释。

Abstract: Success of multinational corporations in Chinese markets lies in their newly making advantages as well as original ones. Localizing of multinational corporations changes, to some extent, their former business modes and gives new explanations to competition advantages.
