This paper studied the influence of excess wages, external cost and oil shocks on Chinas inflation with MSIAHVAR modelEmpirical results showed that the rate of wage growth exceeding the output (excess wages) strengthened the role of pushup on Chinas inflation, and pushing of excess wage and inflation had formed an “excess wage growthinflation” spiral after 2003When technical advance was not enough to digest rising costs, the external costs and oil shock to domestic inflation would gradually strengthenHowever, the high speed growth rate of M2 does not seem to significantly drive inflation, along with ebbing of real estate and other asset markets, the real economy may generate inflation risks

The development of strategic emerging industries have been supported widely by all levels of governments, the subsidy policies also can be reflected in this processThis paper analyzes the strategic emerging industries from Wind database, with the data such as government subsidies, investment in R&D from annual reportThen this paper introduces area dummy variables and regional economic variables gradually, and researches into the selection and implementation mechanism of government subsidy synthetically based on Heckman selection modelAs proved in this paper, actions of local governments are diversityLocal government is apt to support the weakAlso this is the basis of policydependent syndromeMeanwhile, local governments encourage innovation and employment, which is part of performance appraisal from central government, which is influenced by economic status among regionsAlso it has shown that, local government subsidy has strong preference for ownership types, while the probability, the number and the subsidy rate of the central stateowned enterprises are significantly lower than other typesThis means that there are much more problems between local governments and central stateowned enterprise

Crisis is a not a tame problem in stable environment but a wicked problem in chaotic situationCrises are much more normal, complex, and interdepend, while the crisis situation becomes much more chaoticThen we need a breakthrough in crisis management research to address the theoretical and practical limitationsWith a qualitative analysis of crisis management cases from 2008 to 2013, this paper proposes an innovative approach to reframe crisis management theory from the perspective of chaos theoryFrom the theory breakthrough side, the traditional crisis management theory pays more attention to management tools and methodsIn contrast, the new theory framework emphasizes on problem cognition and situation analysisThere are three main research conclusionsThe first is that chaotic situation can be analyzed from the perspective of stakeholderSecond, focusing on the contract construction with the core stakeholder is the key to problem solvingAnd last, crisis management is not contract mending but contract reorganizingFrom the practice breakthrough side, this paper builds an evidencebased 3R model, including reduction, recognition and reorganizationThis paper establishes the foundation for crisis management in chaotic situation, and provides a better guide for management practice

Based on the findings of the 1 938 households samples survey in geographical area covered by 26 agencies in 5 provinces, this study proved that the current rural financial market failure was not due to the ‘supply shortage’The rational rejection behaviors of rural financial institutions led some farmers and smallmicro enterprises could not get credit services, based on the Pearson correlation analysis of farmer credit obstacles and the regression analysis of the identification degree of farmers to loan channel as nominal variablesThe solution key of the failure governance was not to increase the financial supply simply, but to screen, estimate and control those improper exclusion behaviors implemented by rural financial institutions
