摘要： 入世将引发我国企业第三次资本运营高潮,并将对我国资本市场、对外投资、资本运营中介组织以及企业资本运营行为产生重大影响。由这些影响和我国企业资本运营的现状所决定,入世后我国企业资本运营将呈现出一些新特点。

Abstract: Entering WTO will induce the third upsurge of capital operating of our firms, and also affect greatly our capital market, foreign investments, intermediate organizations of capital operating, and firms behavior of capital operating. Therefore, some new characteristics of our firms’ capital operating will be seen.
