摘要: 民营企业与经理人价值取向差异影响后者的进入。而民营企业与经理人在职业的发展机会与空间、雇主信用、现金收入与福利水平、企业规模与形象等因素的价值取向上存在差异。民营企业需要重视其与经理人之间的价值供求失衡。

关键词: 价值取向, 经理人, 民营企业

Abstract: Difference in value orientations between private enterprises and Managers influences the managers' entry and performance. Private enterprise and managers have different value pursuits,such as chance and space for professional development,employer's integrity,cash income and level of benefit,enterprise's scale and image. Private enterprise should paid more attention to the imbalance of these factors.
