摘要： 本文研究了最佳预算模型,利用库恩-塔克定理提出了确定最佳预算的方法,本文的结果指明了"零结算"可以导致预算"拥挤"的可能性。

Abstract: In this paper we study Optimal Budget Model.Using the Kuhn-Tucker theorem we present the methods for determining optimal budget.The result of this paper shows the "zero-settlement" can derive the possibility of budget congestion.
