What are their prominent characteristics? Why should we accelerate the cultivation and development of the new quality productive forces? What is the historical urgency and objective necessity of developing the new quality productive forces as Chinas modernization enters a new journey? How can we effectively develop the new quality productive forces? What objective laws of economic and social development should be followed in developing the new quality productive forces?
