摘要:

本文研究用于改善“一带一路”国家基础设施的中国OFDI对双边经济增长的影响,以及东道国6项制度指标对这一影响的门槛作用。通过运用动态面板门限模型,本文发现东道国6项制度指标在影响东道国经济增长时,都存在显著的“单门槛效应”。只有越过相应门槛值,改善东道国基础设施的中国OFDI才能给其经济增长带来正向促进作用。同时,东道国6项制度指标在影响母国经济增长时都不存在“门槛效应”。所以,中国OFDI必须注意规避东道国的制度风险。

Abstract:

infrastructure construction of countries alongside the “The Belt and Road”. Using dynamic panel threshold model, this paper found that there is a significant threshold when six measures of system of the host country influence its economic growth. Chinas OFDI aiming at promoting host countrys infrastructure construction plays a positive role only after the threshold has been passed. At the same time, host countrys six measures of system dont show any threshold when influencing home country economic growth. Therefore, Chinas OFDI must pay attention to avoid the risk of the system hazard of the host country.
