中国制造业产业结构空间关系与实证*

摘要: 本文从空间角度对中国制造业产业结构问题进行了研究。通过设计产业结构空间相似性、辐射效应的测度方法,并在考虑空间相关性基础上设计产业结构演化模型,来研究中国制造业产业结构的空间相似度、空间辐射效应以及影响产业结构变动的因素。在空间分布上,制造业产业结构出现了北京、上海、广东、重庆四个优化省域,并以四个优化省域为中心,形成了四个制造业产业结构优化板块,且中心省域的制造业产业结构优化带动了周边省域的产业结构优化,空间影响及辐射效应明显。通过构建产业结构影响因素模型发现,中国制造业产业结构空间依赖关系明显,并且发现对外开放程度是影响制造业产业结构调整的重要因素,对外开放程度越高,产业结构越趋于优化;同时本文发现R&D投入也是促使制造业产业结构优化的一个重要因素;人力资源结构在金融危机发生时期对制造业产业结构变动产生的影响并不明显,但在后危机时期对制造业产业结构优化产生了显著的正向影响。

Abstract:

The paper studies industrial structure problems of Chinas manufacturing industry from the spatial perspective As far as Chinas manufacturing industrial structure is concerned, there are four optimized zones which are centered on Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Chongqing Spatial distribution characteristics of the four zones are obvious In other words, manufacturing industrial structure optimization of the center provinces drive the around provinces, where the spatial radiation effect is distinct Aimed at exploring effects of manufacturing industrial structure adjustment, this paper finds that opening degree is important effect factor of manufacturing industrial structure adjustment, and opening degree is higher, industrial structure more tends to optimization It also finds that R&D input is an important factor to prompt manufacturing industrial structure optimization Human capital structure has no effect to manufacturing industrial structure change in financial crisis period, which has a significant positive effect after the financial crisis period
