Abstract:

It is necessary to put forward and emphasize the concept of industrialized innovation according to the situation of the relationship and disconnection between technology innovation and industry innovation. Industrialized innovation is the bridge and intermediation between technology innovation and industry innovation, which is not only a concept, but also a mechanism and combination force. There are two manners of industrialized innovation which are coordination among industrial sectors, universities and research sectors and technology entrepreneurship. The content of former manner is not coordination in institutions among firms, universities and research sectors, but the coordination in functions of cultivation and development in new industries, new technologies, and new talents of industrialized innovation. The incentive to industrialized innovation is to incentive both innovation and coordination. Technology entrepreneurship is industrialization of new technology by setting up firms, which is beyond the stage of incubation and development of new technology. The capital of technology entrepreneurship is the set of knowledge capital which is containing technological innovation, human capital of entrepreneur and venture capital. The former two capitals play the decisive role in spite that the last one cannot be absent. The industrialization of technological innovation involves two requirements: One is to let the new technology get to the industrial scale as large as possible. Another is to explore the new technology value in possible. These two requirements can be achieved in the efficient business model.
