摘要: 本文主要研究中国零售业最近20年的发展过程,并根据零售业发展现状与发展趋势,探讨在新的环境条件下的应对思路与策略。针对研究问题,通过文献检索、访问专家、实地考察、市场分析等方法,获得了有关我国零售业发展的实践感悟。本文发现,我国零售业将从单一的零售模式向多元的零售模式发展,其核心是关注消费者需求,细化内部管理,提升核心竞争力,实施差异化经营。

关键词: 零售业, 连锁经营, 转型发展

Abstract: This paper mainly studied the development process of retail industry in China for the last 20 years,and explored its strategies in the new environmental condition according to the status and trend of retail industry.The study showed that China's retail development would change from a single model to a diversified model,which should focus on the demand of consumer,the efficiency of internal management,the core competitiveness and the differential operation.
