Abstract: This paper,based on the theoretical basis which combines land-regulated economy with the "three-in-one" attribute of land,analyzes the mechanisms of land policy,which are applied to macroeconomic adjustment in the financial crisis,in three aspects: the physical allocation,the value allocation and the property rights allocation.It is concluded that the three-in-one attribute of land and land-regulated economy are useful for formulating more efficient macroeconomic policies.
