摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中部县域工业化与环境负荷关系的实质是区域经济发展和环境质量的选择问题。工业化规模经济扩张所带来的工业废气、工业废水排放量是中部地区环境问题的关键;县域工业化是中部工业"三废"排放量的主导因素,中部县域是发达区域环境污染的转移地。

关键词: 县域工业化, 环境负荷, 中部地区

Abstract: The nature of the relationship between industrialization in counties and environmental stress of central China is actually a choice between region economic development and environmental quality. Results of the research reveal that discharge of industrial waste gas and wastewater associated with the expansion of industrialization and economies of scale is the key factor of environmental issues in central China; industrialization in counties is the leading factor of the discharge of waste gas, waste water and waste residue; and counties in central China are the destination of environment pollution transfer.
