摘要/Abstract

摘要： 如果“十五”时期我们能保持年均7%～8%的经济增长速度,价格总水平就可以保持基本稳定。根据经济增长的要求,在“十五”时期价格总水平的调控目标应为基本稳定、略有上涨,以4%左右为宜。

Abstract: General price level will basically be stable if the average economic growth rate per year is 7% to 8% during the 10^th five-year-plan period. So,during that period,the controlling target of general price level should be stable and moderate increase,be about 4%.
