    In 2005,China's economy has been progressing steadily toward the expected direction of the central government's reinforcing of macroeconomic regulation,and will perform the favorable combination of rapid growth and low inflation.China's macroeconomic management should keep its continuity and stability in neutral policy orientation,and construct the consistent policy targets for the dynamic adjustment of price,wage and foreign exchange rate,under the guidance of demand-management final policy target HSGR (highest-sustainable-growth-rate).Thorough active operation of sound fiscal and monetary policies around the axis of enhancing domestic investment demand,sustainable and rapid economic growth can be realized in 2006 and during the whole 11th five-year plan.

    By empirical analysis,the following conclusions are advanced:(1) from 1978 to 2002,there is no significant relationship between globalization and Chinese economic growth;(2)in the 1980s,economic globalization significantly promote the increase of K/L and TFP in China,and then promote economic growth in China;but in the 1990s sample,the influence is not significant;(3)the time-varying characteristic of the relationship between economic globalization and Chinese economic growth is due to the transformation of Chinese economic growth period and model.

    Industrialization in China has accelerated since 1978.It is in the growth stage and will in acceleration stage in the coming 5 years,while such process has been affected dramatically by the macroeconomic control.Industrialization in China will emerge its point of inflection,and the trend of industrialization will be on the downside.

    Economic pluralism has multiple meanings and cannot be simply regarded as pluralism in methodology.Today,the issue on pluralism has become a crucial content of international movement of economics reform and increasingly gotten a high note from the scholars.We thus should address the pluralism issue on an altitude of reviewing the mainstream economics of the West and an altitude of forecasting the future of China's economics,for the pluralism that Chinese economic community need is a generalized pluralism,which has an important theory meaning for us to help the Chinese economics thriving and prosperous under the guidance of Marxism.

    Based on the 1998-2003's data of all of 16 cities in Yangtze River delta,this thesis studied the manufacturing industry of the delta,indicating that regional specialization can promote industry from a labor-intensive one to a technology-intensive one,driving industry's technology progress;the increase rate of technology progress and its contribution ratio to economy in regional specialization industry is higher than the one in non-regional specialization industry,and regional specialization can decrease the monopoly and increase competition.
