Abstract: Inflation should be treated reasonably, and all kinds of price level increasing are not always bad. As to current Chinese economy, inflation is not so bad as deflation, so our macroeconomic objectives should be "growing moderately and harmoniously with mild increasing of the price level".

摘要： 要科学地对待通货膨胀,不要“谈通色变”,不加区别地反对一切物价上涨。对当前的中国来说,通货紧缩比通货膨胀更可怕,因此,应选择“适度快速协调增长+温和的物价上涨”作为今后一段时期我们的宏观经济目标。
