    Our existing market disorder is essentially produced during transition. This paper will try to find the sources of the disorder by modern game theory, which deals with order and institution arrangements, and then get the effective institutions to market order.

    The evaluation of Swiss Institute of International Management Development (IMD) in 2003 demonstrates that China is on its way to become the manufacturing center of the world with steady growth of its economic strength despite the impact by SARS epidemic and great achievements made in terms of information construction. However, it is still essential for China to deepen cognition of market economy, strengthen education and intellectuals training, promote fundamental competitiveness as well as science competitiveness and improve finance system in order to further enhance its international competitiveness.

    Inflation should be treated reasonably, and all kinds of price level increasing are not always bad. As to current Chinese economy, inflation is not so bad as deflation, so our macroeconomic objectives should be "growing moderately and harmoniously with mild increasing of the price level".
