Abstract: Proper investment on technological improvement is helpful for not only economic growth, but al-so the transformation of economic structures. By analyzing the investment on technological improvement since1978, including scale changes, performances, and optimizing the investment ratio, and by predicting the scaleduring the 10th 5-year-plan, this paper shows that the investment on technological improvement is very impor-tant for our economic growth. It also points out that to upgrade the industrial structure, we must increase theratio of investment on technological improvement, which can be achieved by adjusting the investment structures.

摘要： 适度的技术改造投资不仅有利于经济增长,而且能促进经济结构转换。对1978年以来的技术改造投资规模的变动分析、绩效分析以及对优化投资率的推导和“十五”期间规模预测表明,技术改造投资在经济增长中起着至关重要的作用。实现产业结构升级必须提高技术改造投资率,在目前总投资率较高的条件下,提高技术改造投资率可以通过调整投资结构来实现。
