Abstract: Venture capital of securities companies should try to keep away risks while can bring varieties of revenues and develop the advantages of the companies.Securities companies should stick to some certain principles of program selection and take indirect investments to elude risks.They can also try to use some instruments of venture capital to play more important roles in NASDAQ market.
