Providing (global) public goods involves a number of questions that have been relatively neglected in the literature.These include the appropriate benchmark of optimal provision and the distributive questions arising in the assessment of under provision,production and use of global public goods.Issues of quality of,and access to,global public goods are of specific relevance.The paper suggests some possible solutions to policy problems arising in relation to the problems inquired.

Expectations,which are judgments of individuals about future economic development,have important effects on our consumption credit.Though it is an important measure for enhancing the domestic demands,consumption credit develops very slowly due to the expectations of households.So,the government should make some policies to slove the problem.
