    Deregulation of property rights has great effects on the incentive mechanism and behavioral change of resource allocation. Information costs of separate decision constrains government allocating resource of property rights,as a result,the government reduces the domain of resource of property rights allocation and permits the separate individuals who know how to secure the best use of resources of property rights,which can improve the economic transition performance. What's more,deregulation of property rights has prominently affected economic performance,which confirms deregulation is the key contribution factor to the increasing of China's economic transition performance.

    The rigid demand of housing is the consumption demand of minor income demand elasticity and major price demand elasticity. There are different levels of rigidity,which gradation is the urban residents passive sexual demand,the house demand for a new married couple and the melioration demand. Different city has different housing demand characteristic. The housing demand in political cities is most rigid and the housing demand change in economical cities is the largest. The phenomena of house price hallucination leads to acceleration domino effect and addition domino effect. Finally,the institution variance,house price and income are the main elements that affecting the rigid demand of housing.

    Job search duration of college graduates has a clear statistical distribution characteristic,and is affected by three factors including human capital,social capital as well as job searching.     The expense-inertia affects the domestic demand of a country,while the Inertia of external-demand affects a country's export. As the stability of the community of external-demand,the inertia of external-demand is the primary factor of influencing China's export. At the same time,the flexible adjustment of rebate-policy and the change of exchange rate are also affecting China's export. In consideration of the long-term development,China should gradually reduce the inertia of external-demand and strengthen the domestic expense-inertia.

    The community is the key for the rise of township enterprises in southern Jiangsu province,yet the will of community elite in follow-up development was more autocratic.     As adaptive reaction to the challenges from external environments,Japanese firms operating in China have abandoned the typical Japanese style human resource management model featured by life-time employment and seniority systems,and turn to pursuing a market and performance oriented human resource management system.
