Technology progress has many effects,such as effect on employment,"effect of reemployment","effect of compensating employment",and"effect of relating employment".Our employment problem can only be solved on the basis of domestic situations.We should fit the tide of world technology progress and choose appropriate policy about technology after considering the possible effects on employment.

The world oil price keeps rather high recently. At the same time, our oil demand has to depend on imports more and more while the domestic oil price will catch up with that in world price finally. The paper present quantitatively the economy changes at that time by using an applied general equilibrium model of China (CNAGE) to analyze the economic impacts of world oil price rise.
