    Virtual integration is one of the organizations of modern firms to effectively utilize the social resources.It increases the flexibility and sensitivity of the firms,decreases the transaction and management costs.Besides,its coordination mechanism,that is implicit contracts,has more advantages than vertical integration and explicit contracts when restricting the monopolistic rents and specialization quasi-rents brought by increasing the assets specialization to reduce the production costs.
