Abstract: As a key engine of economic development，the digital economy plays a vital role in fostering industrial transformation，addressing imbalances and inadequacies in socioeconomic development，and driving overall growth However，the presence of a regional “digital divide” necessitates urgent efforts to promote the flow of digital economy factors，optimize resource allocation，and reshape the spatial pattern of digital economy development This study constructs a comprehensive evaluation framework to measure the development level of the digital economy across 31 provinces，autonomous regions，and municipalities in China from 2010 to 2022，and further analyzes the spatial correlation network characteristics and influencing factors
The results show that Chinas digital economy has experienced sustained growth，with remarkable progress in digital technology application，factor-driven development，and efficiency improvement dimensions Significant regional disparities exist，with the eastern region leading in development，followed by the central region，and the western region demonstrating the lowest development level but the fastest growth rate Within the spatial network of the digital economy，provinces exhibit close interconnections characterized by pronounced geographic agglomeration and spatial accessibility The eastern region predominantly acts as a growth engine，the central region serves as a beneficiary，and the western region primarily functions as a digital resource exporter Additionally，intermediary provinces within each region play crucial roles in linking surrounding areas and enhancing collaborative digital economy development
From a multidimensional and temporal perspective，the spatial network of the digital economy has evolved towards greater connectivity，enhanced accessibility，and increased equity in network positions，reflecting a trend toward multipolar development Over time，the stability and complexity of the network have improved，with a growing number of significant nodes indicating dynamic restructuring The study identifies spatial distance，physical capital，human capital，and technological progress as key factors influencing the spatial network characteristics of the digital economy Larger geographic distances，economic disparities，and gaps in education and innovation capacity weaken spatial linkages between regions
This study provides theoretical insights for optimizing the spatial distribution of Chinas digital economy and offers practical policy recommendations for fostering regional coordination and highquality development of the digital economy These include： （1）enhancing independent innovation in digital technologies；（2）strengthening the cultivation of digital economyrelated talent；（3）improving digital infrastructure in remote areas to bridge regional development gaps；and （4）promoting interregional flow of digital economy factors and resource sharing to create a complementary and synergistic development pattern

摘要： 构建数字经济发展空间新格局，促进数字要素流通和资源互补，能有效推动数字经济高质量发展。本文设计了数字经济五维综合评价体系，测算2010—2022年中国31个省级地区的数字经济发展水平，实证考察数字经济发展的空间关联效应及其影响因素。研究发现，中国数字经济总体呈持续增长态势，西部地区发展速度相对更快。数字经济发展空间关联网络中各省份联系紧密，数字资源和要素互通可达，表现出显著的地理集聚性、空间通达性和分布非均衡性，东中西部地区分别扮演数字经济发展“引擎”、数字经济发展“受益”和数字资源“输出”的角色。分维度和分时段来看，地区数字经济格局呈现不同的动态演进特征，空间关联网络不断重构，稳定性和复杂度不断提升，各地区联系渐趋紧密，数字要素流动渐趋通达，网络地位渐趋平等化，网络集群效应日益减弱，数字经济呈现多极化发展的趋势。进一步分析表明，地理距离较远、经济增长差异较大、教育水平和创新能力差距较大均会减弱地区数字经济发展的空间关联效应，但不同时段影响数字经济发展空间联系的关键因素不同。
