Abstract: The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China systematically elaborates the characteristics and connotation of the Chinesestyle modernization，and takes accelerating the construction of the new development paradigm as an important strategic path to promote Chinesestyle modernization and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Based on Marxs theory of reproduction of aggregate social capital，we believe that accelerating the construction of the new development paradigm should reflect the systematic requirements for efficient and smooth movement of aggregate social capital on the whole，which needs to start from highquality development，modern market and industrial systems，common prosperity and bilateral management of supply and demand，and finally be unified to adhere to the centralized and unified leadership of the Party over economic work This has jointly supported the construction of the new development paradigm in terms of productivity，economic system，direction of struggle，practice path，and core strength，and is the only path to achieve Chinesestyle modernization

摘要： 党的二十大报告系统完整地阐述了中国式现代化道路的特征和内涵，将加快构建新发展格局作为推进中国式现代化、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要战略安排。基于马克思社会总资本再生产理论，我们认为加快构建新发展格局，要在整体上反映社会总资本高效顺畅运动的系统性要求，要从高质量发展、现代化市场和产业体系、共同富裕以及供求双侧管理四个方面入手，并最终统一到坚持党对经济工作的集中统一领导上来。这从生产力、经济体系、奋斗方向、实践路径和核心力量等维度合力支撑了新发展格局的构建，是实现中国式现代化建设的必由之路。
