Abstract: Traditional economics paid far from enough attention to the important role of leadership, such embarrassing situation had lasted until the emerging of behavioral and experiment economics in recent yearsTo sum up, the research of leadership in experiment economics includes interorganizational leadership research and intraorganizational leadership research, whereby intraorganizational leadership research mainly composes of asymmetric information and public goodThe present experimental research of leadership will be an important part of the emerging behavioral industrial organization, behavioral institutional design and behavioral political economyThe possible future of leadership study includes field experiment, the base of preference and dynamic model

摘要: 传统经济学对领导者的重要作用并没有给予足够的重视,这一尴尬的局面直到近年来行为和实验经济学的兴起后才得以改变。总的来说,领导者博弈的实验经济学研究可分为组织间的领导者关系实验研究和组织内部的领导者博弈实验研究,其中组织内部的领导者博弈实验研究主要有非对称信息和公共品。当前的领导者博弈实验研究将会是正在兴起的行为产业组织、行为机制设计和行为政治经济学的重要组成部分。领导者博弈未来可能的研究方向则包括了现场实验、偏好基础和动态模型。
