Abstract: The conclusion is that the extent to which factors of gender,age,education,employment nature and status of industry and occupation affect the urban resident income disparities is different.Education has replaced age and become the most important factor affecting the urban resident income disparities.As the extent of marketization accelerating,these changes reflect factors that adapt to the market competition gradually become important variables affecting residents income disparities.

摘要： 性别、年龄、文化程度、就业性质、行业和职业状态等微观因素在不同程度上影响着居民收入差距扩大,且文化程度已取代年龄成为影响收入差距的最主要因素。这些变化说明随着市场化程度不断加快,适应市场竞争的因素逐渐成为影响居民收入差距的重要变量。
