LOOKING BACK 30 YEARS:RESEARCH ON SYSTEM OFHOUSEHOLD CONTRACT RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract

Abstract: The household contract responsibility system is a significant system vicissitude in rural economy reform process.At the beginning,it adapted the development level of productive forces;with the lapse of time and the deepening of economic reforms,the system has shown its limitations gradually and arguments also increase.This article based on massive literature and notes of meeting to make summary on some aspects in chronological order,such as nature,scale management,land circulation and tendency,in order to benefit from experience,improving the systems of operation and management, accelerate the realization of the countryside modernization.

摘要： 家庭联产承包责任制是我国农村经济体制改革过程中一次重大的制度变迁。在其诞生之初,它适应了生产力发展水平,但随着时间的推移和改革的深入逐渐显露出某些局限性,对它的争论和怀疑也逐渐增多。本文在大量文献资料、会议纪要的基础上,按照时间顺序对家庭联产承包责任制的性质、规模经营、土地流转以及历史趋势等方面的研究文献、一些阶段性理论成果进行总结回顾,以求在未来农村发展改革的过程中更好地吸取经验教训,不断完善这一生产经营体制,加快实现农村现代化。
