Abstract

Abstract: The important topic in inter-organizational relationship is the relationship exchange,which is related to strategy.Relationship exchange plays a great role to the forming and development of inter-organizational relationship.

摘要： 组织间关系研究的一个重要方面是特定的交易关系研究,这也涉及组织的战略问题。关系式交易在组织间关系的形成与发展中起到了重要的作用,一个单一的组织同其他组织之间的关系是通过关系交易行为而产生的。
