Abstract: Compared with ones in developed countries, Chinese multinational companies are takers of advanced techniques. This technical disadvantages leads to disadvantages in technical monopoly. What we should do is to obtain the technical competitive advantages, pay great attention to R&D, and build strategic unions with technical leading companies.

摘要： 与发达国家的跨国公司相比,中国公司掌握和控制的核心技术很少,是先进技术的接受者。这种技术劣势使得中国公司缺乏获取技术垄断优势的条件。但中国公司应以获取技术竞争优势为目标,采取加大研究开发投资力度、引进消化和吸收先进技术、与技术领先企业建立战略联盟等方式提高自身技术创新能力。
