Abstract: Predicting financial failure of listed companies is a new topic in China, and is very importantfor government, companies, banks and individual investors. This paper introduces the major predictingmodels and applies the general evaluation thought. Finally, positive analysis is provided.

摘要： 在国内,上市公司财务失败预测研究还是一个崭新的课题。对该问题进行全面深入的研究,对于包括政府部门、公司、银行以及个人投资者在内的各种市场主体进行各种投资决策活动,具有十分重要的参考价值。通过对目前应用于该领域的各种预测模型的归纳和评述,提出了综合评价思想在这一领域的应用。最后的实证研究结果证实了综合评价模型在财务失败预测研究的应用价值。
