Abstract: Out sourcing processing,also called dummy management,is one of the kinds of non-integrative management.It reflects the networks economy and is further fine of social dividing.Its main impetus is source transfer of product values,economic globalization,information technology progress and so forth,and thereafter the correspondingly decrease of transaction costs.Practicing the non-integrative management in proper industries is a strategic policy to increase the competent abilities of our firms.

摘要： 产品外包加工是一种非一体化的生产方式,也称虚拟化经营方式,是网络经济的一种表现,也是社会分工的进一步细化。知识经济下产品价值来源转移,经济全球化、信息技术进步等因素以及由诸种因素导致的交易费用相对下降,是产生和推动这一变革的主要原因。在适宜的行业中实行非一体化经营方式是提高我国企业竞争力的一种战略措施。
