IDEAS OF FINANCING THE CITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Abstract: In the course of city modernization,how to get the huge funds for city development is a problem faced by all levels of the government.So,it is necessary to put forth the ideas of financing the city management,regard the city itself as assets,take fully advantage of market economic means,and operate the financing from the viewpoint of the whole.

摘要： 在推进城市现代化进程中,城市建设发展的巨额资金从何而来是各级政府必须面对的课题。因此,有必要提出经营城市的筹资思路,把城市本身当作资产,充分利用市场经济手段,从整体上进行运作。
