Abstract: Domestic economic situations make it possible for the assets management companies to exist for a long time,while the existing management pattern of owned-and-run-by-government is not suitable,hence the necessity of reorienting and developing.The realistic choice for the assets management companies is to be financial holding companies.

摘要： 国内经济形势决定了资产管理公司要长期存在,但现行的官办官营的经营管理模式不能适应这一任务的要求,因此,必须重新审视资产管理公司的定位和发展问题。金融控股公司战略是资产管理公司未来发展的现实选择。
